These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through LeenBellens.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

All products are sold occasionally and in limited volume.
The sale of printed photographs is carried out as a creative hobby, not a full commercial enterprise.
As a result, some rules that apply to commercial businesses (such as business registration, VAT number display, or certain accounting obligations) do not apply here.
However, your consumer rights under EU law still apply where relevant.

Products

We sell printed photographic artworks.
All prints are made to order.

We strive to display colours accurately, but due to variations in screens and printing, minor colour differences may occur. These are not considered defects.

Prices & Payment

Prices are listed in SEK or EUR, depending on your location.
As this is a hobby activity, prices do not include VAT, and VAT is not charged.
Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers.
No payment card details are stored on this Website.

Ordering Process

Add the desired print(s) to your cart.
Complete checkout and provide accurate information.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Because all works are printed to order, production typically starts quickly and cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Orders may be declined if:

materials are unavailable,
payment fails, or
fraudulent activity is suspected.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are printed to order. Production time is typically 2-4 days.
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier.
Any estimated delivery time is non-binding, but we always do our best to deliver promptly.
If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Rules)

Under EU consumer law, private individuals selling goods occasionally (as a “hobby activity”) still need to clarify the right of withdrawal.

Because the products sold here are custom-made printed photographs, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once printing has begun, in accordance with EU consumer regulations for personalised items.

You may withdraw your order before production starts.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled unless the item is defective.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

the print arrives damaged,
the print is defective, or
an incorrect item is delivered.

To request a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Returns will not be accepted for:

change of mind,
choosing the wrong product or size,
slight colour variations due to display differences.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, and content on this Website are protected by copyright and remain the property of Leen Bellens unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any images without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

indirect or consequential losses,
delays caused by postal/shipping carriers,
losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
