LeenBellens.com is operated as a hobby activity by a private individual. All products are sold occasionally and in limited quantity.
We take pride in our work and aim to provide high-quality printed photographs. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled.
Made-to-Order Products
All photographs are printed on demand, according to the size and style chosen by the customer.
Because products are made-to-order and personalized:
- The standard 14-day EU withdrawal right does not apply once production has started.
- Orders may only be cancelled before printing begins. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via e=mail at leen@leenbellens.com.
Refunds & Returns
We accept refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was sent
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Minor colour differences due to screen display
- Selecting the wrong size or print
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at leen@leenbellens.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will review your request and, if approved:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Refund the purchase price
Please note: shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective:
- Keep the packaging for evidence
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging
- Send them to us along with your order number
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Shipping for Returns
If a return is required:
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item
- Please use a secure shipping method; we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during a return
